2014 Aerobics Season Review
Novocastrian Masters – Our Aerobic Swimming target and progress – Dec 2014
Well, we started with a goal to swim the length of the Hawaiian Islands during our aerobic swims in 2014. We achieved 254 km out of 488 km. a great effort despite being stuck between Maui and Oahu. We only had 60 km to swim to reach Oahu!
We have swum approximately 140 km freestyle; 37 km backstroke; 50 km breaststroke; 7 km butterfly and 10 km individual medley!
